This typically includes geotechnical reports, arborist assessments, hazardous material evaluations, and site surveys. Once all required documentation is in place, Renotek handles the building permit application process on your behalf. Depending on the municipality and the need for any clarifications, permit approval can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months.
Site Preparation
Rough Carpentry and Lockup
At Renotek Renovation Solutions, rough carpentry and lock-up are essential phases in the construction process. During rough carpentry, the framework of the home is constructed, including the walls, roof, and floors. This stage also includes adding key structural components such as beams, trusses, and joists to form the building’s core. Once the framework is in place, the lock-up phase begins. This involves installing exterior doors, windows, and roofing to secure the structure and protect it from the elements, paving the way for interior work to start.
Exterior Finishing
